Do I need to register to shop?

You don’t, but it’s a total game-changer! Registering helps speed up the checkout process for you as your billing and shipping details are stored. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past orders, as well as payment status.

What should I do if I forgotten my password or password does not work?

If you’ve forgotten your password, just click the “Lost your password” and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you right away. If you still do not receive an email, write to [email protected] and we will assist you promptly.

How Do I Place An Order?

All you need to do now is start build your own personal gift. Follow step-by-step shown. Once done, you will be directed to the cart page.
You may also browse the curated gift boxes. Once you have found the item you want, click ADD TO CART button.
You can either continue browsing or review the items in your cart by clicking on VIEW CART.
If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.

What language can be in the Message Card?

At the moment, we can only print English Alphabet and limited emojis.

Can I be an anonymous sender?

Yes. Your details will not be printed on the message card, unless you’ve included your name in the message. You may request not to include billing details.

How will I know if my order is successful?

Upon successful payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email which you will be able to see the details of your shipping address, billing address, items, delivery date and card message.

You may also login to your SweetsMarket account, and you may click on the order ID and you will be able to see the order details

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you need to change message, address or delivery date, please as soon as possible contact us at [email protected] with your order number and change request.

Depending on your order and delivery status, we will confirm with you whether the changes can be made. Orders that have already been prepared, picked up or are en route cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled before the order has been processed by SweetsMerchant. Orders that have already been prepared, picked up or are en route cannot be cancelled.

Can I Cancel Partial Of The Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel part of your order. If you wish to proceed with cancellation, we can only cancel the whole order.

Why was my order cancelled?

In most cases, orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive payments from you via the payment gateways. However, if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out right away!

What Is The Cancellation Procedure?

The full amount of your cancelled order will be returned to you via a store credit coupon ONLY.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept method of payments as follows:

  1. Online banking (FPX) through BillPlz gateway
  2. Stripe

All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).

If you pay through Stripe, will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate for MYR.

I am international buyer, how can I pay my order on the website?

International buyer can make payment via Stripe. The checkout will be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and will be converted to your own currency after payment.

How do I use promo code and coupon?

Simply enter the promo codes and coupons on the Cart Page and click APPLY COUPON.

Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes are not valid on sale page items.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are your shipping rate?

Domestic and International shipping rates are based on weight. Shipping rate calculator is available on the Cart Page during checkout.

When will my order ship?

Packing and preparation will take about 1 to 3 working days. We’ll send out your tracking number by email and/or SMS as soon as your order is packed.

Where I can find my Tracking Number and track my order?

You are able to track your order from ‘Track My Order’ once you have logged in to your account. Besides, you may check from your mailbox, as our system will notify you through emails for your order progress.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is your return policy?

Strictly no returns are allowed because every gift is unique and tailored to your order. In any case you received an incorrect item. Please contact our support at [email protected]. We will assist you as per case.

What is your refund policy?

Any damages to the item:

  1. Perishable items (i.e. flowers, food items, balloons), a proof must be submitted to SweetsMarket team for investigation immediately upon receipt
  2. Non-perishable items (for items sent via courier service), damages must be informed to SweetsMarket team within 24 hours upon successful delivery at [email protected].
  3. If the gift is damaged during shipping, SweetsMarket will not be responsible to replace the item. However, we will assist for claim to courier services.

After refund request approved, refund to local banks will be made within 3-5 working days

Can I request refund for delay of delivery caused by courier service?

Merchant is strictly not responsible for delays caused by courier service. No refunds or cancellation can be made as merchant has no control over the delivery times and period of courier service. However, we will assist for claim to courier services.
