How to Apply As Merchant?

You may apply here as a merchant by filling up all the required information.

How Long It Takes to Approve My Application?

Upon complete submission, we will review your application within 3 working days. You will receive a notification email once your application approved and you may proceed to setup your shop. Shall your application being rejected, our team will contact and assist you.

What Can I Sell?

We are looking for products that are innovative, of high quality and range variety. As long as you offer something that is really unique, we are always open to new product ideas to diversify our product portfolio. We also prefer products that are meaningful and personal such as those that can personalised or customised to the need of our customers.

Do I Need Professional Photos for Product Listing?

No. However, the product’s photo quality reflects the brand image and building the first impression. Every image should be appealing, polished and has good lightings to evoke maximum engagement. The right photography of a product can call for greater conversions.

Please refer to our Photograph Guidelines for more details. SweetsMarket reserves the right to decline listing photos that not meet our requirements and guidelines.

How Much Is The Fee?

We are offering 2 types of store package which are Standard Store and Official Store. Both packages consist fees as follows:

  1. Registration fee
  2. Listing fee
  3. Commission fee
  4. Payment gateway fee

How Do I Get Paid After Making Sale?

Payment will be credited to Merchant Wallet upon order completion.

Merchant can withdraw anytime from the wallet and will be credited in the registered bank account within 2-3 working days

What Do I Need To Create A Shop

We have provided a video tutorial here on how to setup your shop. It’s easy! What you need are set your shop’s name and location, create product listing, set payment and billing method.

Then, it’s good to sell!

Who Will Take Care of The Customer Service?

We will support you in terms of answering general and orders enquiries and handling any complaint. We will not be responsible for matters beyond our control (e.g. manufacturing defect, late delivery etc.).

Sellers are expected to uphold high standard of customer service in terms of delivery of good products and services and making sure customers have a good buying experience.
